The Nigerian–Central Europe Chamber of Commerce (NCECC) is an independent, non-political bilateral chamber registered as an association (e.V.) in Germany. We connect Nigeria with Central Europe - Czechia, Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Poland.

NCECC is not a networking club. We identify concrete needs in Nigeria, match them with Central European solutions, structure projects, and support them from the first idea deliverable outcomes for both sides.

We help businesses from both sides navigate international markets by providing strategic support in forming cross-border partnerships, finalizing trade agreements, and entering new sectors. Through our legal and visa facilitation services, we ensure that companies, investors, and institutions move efficiently and securely across borders.

NCECC regularly organizes bilateral business missions, investment forums, and high-level roundtables that bring together public and private sector leaders. Our team supports members in accessing funding opportunities, public–private partnerships, and international grants to help scale their operations.

Beyond commerce, we actively promote cultural diplomacy and people-to-people connections. We host exhibitions, forums, and academic exchanges to strengthen ties between Nigerian and European societies.

Our Service Pillars

1

Needs & Opportunity Mapping

Needs & Opportunity Mapping

  • We work with Nigerian ministries, regulators, public and private institutions to identify concrete needs in healthcare, energy, infrastructure, education, agriculture and other key sectors.
  • In parallel, we discuss with Central European partners what technologies, expertise and financing they can offer.
2

Project Structuring

Project Structuring

  • We translate general needs into concrete projects: technical concepts, business models, preliminary financial parameters and suitable PPP / BOT / JV or supply models.
3

Matchmaking & Partnership Building

Matchmaking & Partnership Building

  • We connect Nigerian stakeholders (ministries, hospitals, universities, state companies, private sector) with relevant Central European partners (technology providers, manufacturers, banks, investors).
4

Legal, Regulatory & Institutional Support

5

Implementation & Long-Term Support

Implementation & Long-Term Support

Education & Training – Regional Trade Institute (RTI)

Professional Training for Projects and Technologies

RTI acts as the educational and training arm of NCECC.

We design and deliver specialised training programmes for doctors, technicians, engineers, hospital managers, energy specialists and other professionals.

These trainings are directly linked to concrete projects and technologies implemented in Nigeria, ensuring that local teams can operate and maintain them independently over the long term.

Private School for Students and Young Professionals

RTI also functions as a private educational institution offering programmes for students and young professionals who want to connect their future with Central Europe.

We offer language courses and programmes focused on international trade, healthcare, technology, energy and related fields.

RTI combines academic learning with exposure to real projects coordinated by NCECC (internships, project assignments, case studies).
